A summary of the membership agreement. The full text is shown in the app and accepted before payment; where it differs from this summary, the full text applies.

Membership is gained by applying and by committee approval. An invitation speeds the process up but never replaces the committee: an invited application is decided with one approval within 48 hours, an uninvited one with two approvals within 10 days. The minimum age is 21. A refusal comes without reasons; after a final refusal you cannot apply again for 12 months. The information you give must be true.

After committee approval and before payment, everyone goes through an ID document and liveness check. Screening against sanctions lists, politically exposed persons and adverse media happens in the same step and is repeated at every renewal. Without a verified identity there is no payment and no membership. We ask for your separate explicit consent to the biometric check.

Official prices: Member $2,000 a year, Patron $5,000 a year, Founder $10,000 once (three years). Prices include tax; Apple shows its own local price in each country. Payment is made only in the app, as an Apple in-app purchase. The club never sees or stores card details. There is no payment on the web.

Member and Patron renew every year unless cancelled in your Apple account; we remind you 30, 7 and 1 day before. If you renew early, the new period starts when the old one ends. When a period ends, the app stays open for a short grace period; points for proofs sent during it are held until payment arrives. Moving up a tier mid-year costs a fixed upgrade fee and does not change the end date.

There are only 100 seats. The number is the order of payment; it cannot be chosen, sold or transferred. The Founder fee covers three years of Patron rights. From year four you keep Patron rights for $5,000 a year, and that price is fixed for life. The Founder distinction and number are permanent. Only a refunded seat is offered again; on expulsion or death the number is retired.

Yearly invitations: Member 1 (after finishing a first season in the ranking), Patron 3, Founder 5 in the first year, then 3. An invitation is bound to the invitee’s name and phone number. Unused or expired invitations come back to you. Invitations are free; selling one, or taking anything in return, means expulsion. A serious breach by an invitee in their first 12 months freezes the sponsor’s invitations for a year.

Points are calculated only on the server, under published rules. Points, badges and ranks cannot be bought. Points, badges and rewards have no monetary value; they cannot be sold, transferred or cashed in.

Everything in the app that belongs to other members (proofs, profiles, messages, groups, city and location details) is confidential and may not be taken outside the club by screenshot, screen recording or any other means. Each viewer sees an invisible personal mark so leaks can be traced. This duty continues after membership ends.

Sanctions follow the ladder in the rules. Suspension and expulsion are decided by two staff members together; before an expulsion takes effect you have 14 days to appeal, and the committee decides.

Apple decides on refunds of Apple payments under its own policy; if Apple refunds, the membership ends, that season’s points and badges are removed and you cannot apply again for 24 months. The club’s voluntary policy: if you have not sent a single proof in your first 7 days, you can ask for a full refund. There is no refund after expulsion for breaking the rules; you accept this separately before paying. If the club ends your membership through no fault of yours, the remaining time is refunded pro rata.

You can delete your account in the app or on the web. It closes at once, can be restored for 30 days and is then deleted for good. A paid membership fee is not refunded when you delete your account; turn off auto-renewal separately in your Apple account.
