Delete account
Delete your account.
The easiest way is in the app: Settings → Your data → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, you can ask here.
What happens
- 01Your account closes at once; your profile, proofs and place in the ranking disappear. An open application is withdrawn.
- 02For 30 days you can sign in to the app and restore it. After that it is deleted for good.
- 03Your personal data and files are deleted. Records that are part of other people’s experience (testimonies you gave, messages) remain under “deleted member”.
- 04Payment records are kept for the legal period, and until any open complaint or fraud case is closed. To prevent re-application, only an irreversible fingerprint is kept.
- 05A paid membership fee is not refunded when you delete your account. Turn off auto-renewal in your Apple account as well, or Apple may keep charging.
Ask on the web
Enter the email you used to apply or in the app. We send you a one-time sign-in link; when you open it, you confirm one last time.
If you cannot reach your email
Write to door@richlyme.com and include the phone number on your account. Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we delete it within 30 days.
